MARCH 26: Create Your Own Holiday Day
For Create Your Own Holiday Day I had to write a paper, I worked, and was just really busy in general, so my holiday was: Procrastinate Your Homework Until Midnight Day, and that's just what I did. Go me.
MARCH 27: World Theatre Day
I was a Theatre kid in high school, so I definitely know my share of showtunes. For World Theatre Day I created a playlist of songs from musicals and played that during the sewing lab I'm a TA for.
Here's a picture of when I was in Aida my senior year of high school:
MARCH 28: Something on a Stick Day
Why is it something on a stick? Why not food on a stick? The vagueness of the statement sounds a little sketchy to me. For Something on a Stick Day I went to Sonic and got a corn dog.
MARCH 29: Small Business Owner's Day
I love small business's because I love things that are unique and I love people living out their dreams. Small Business's have played a part in my life because my amazing parents own a small business called RootMaster (Sewer and Drain Cleaning) and I work at a small business (The Art City Trolley). For Small Business Owner's Day I had Crumbl cookies delivered to my parents. If you feel like supporting a small business come eat at the Trolley and ask for me to be your waitress!
MARCH 30: Take a Walk in the Park Day
For Take a Walk in the Park Day some of my friends and I went to a park up Provo Canyon and had a bonfire. It was a little chilly, but really fun!
MARCH 31: Eiffel Tower Day
Last June I went on a study abroad to Europe and Paris was, by far, my favorite city that I visited, so when I saw that one of my options for March 31st was Eiffel Tower Day I decided to celebrate that. I posted a picture on Instagram of me by the Eiffel Tower to celebrate:
APRIL 1: Easter
Last, but definitely not least, the holiday to end this week was Easter. Now, it was also April Fool's Day, and I was kind of annoyed that two major holidays took place on the same day, but since the events that took place on the first Easter play a major part in my life everyday, Easter trumped playing pranks on people.
For breakfast I ate hard boiled eggs, since that's the only day of the year I was allowed to eat them in my house growing up because my dad hates them. After that I celebrated Easter by watching the Prophet and Apostles speak at General Conference. My favorite talk about Easter was the one by Elder Uchtdorf:

Between sessions, my family and I ate ham and cheese potatoes for Easter dinner and for dessert we had these delicious chocolate egg cakes from the Mighty Baker:
When I got back to my apartment that night I watched a couple of Mormon Messages about Easter. I am so grateful for everything the Savior sacrificed for me, and I'm grateful for the fact that on the third day after his death, Jesus Christ broke the bonds of death and rose again.
